Scotland international Blair Kinghorn is the sole survivor from the starting XV that beat the NSW Waratahs 21-10 on Saturday; however, Josh van der Flier and Mack Hansen, who will face his former side, retain their places in the matchday 23 after making the bench.
Kinghorn, who has shifted over into the 15 shirt for this week's clash in Canberra, is joined by James Lowe and Tommy Freeman in a strong back three. Ireland pairing Garry Ringrose and Bundee Aki have been given the nod in midfield, with long-thought Test pairing Finn Russell and Jamison Gibson-Park named in the halves.
Up front, Jack Conan, Tom Curry and Ollie Chessum link up in the back row, with Joe McCarthy and Lions tour captain Maro Itoje named as the locks. Tadhg Furlong, Dan Sheehan and Ellis Genge make up the front row.
Henry Pollock has also overcome a calf issue to take up a spot on the bench, after pulling out of Saturday's win in Sydney. He is joined by Ronan Kelleher, Andrew Porter, Will Stuart, Alex Mitchell and Marcus Smith, as well as the aforementioned Ireland pair Van der Flier and Mack Hansen.
There is still no room for late call-up Owen Farrell, who is understood to be in the final stages of his return to play protocols.
Commenting on his selection, boss Farrell said: "In 2013 the Brumbies beat The British & Irish Lions in Canberra and this year they were the leading Australian team in Super Rugby - so we are fully aware of the challenge in front of us.
"It will also be a special occasion for Mack Hansen as he returns to his hometown and gets the opportunity to play for and represent the Lions against some of his old teammates."
