Top SA middle-distance runner Ryan Mphahlele hopes to run a World Championships standard qualifying time of 3:34:20 in the 1500m event at the South African Senior Track and Field championships at the Puk MacArthur Stadium in Potchefstroom from Thursday to Saturday.
