Inaki Williams has no regrets about switching allegiance to Ghana

Inaki Williams says he's proud to be part of a very talented Ghana squad after switching his allegiance from Spain.

The 28-year-old Athletic Bilbao forward has previously played for the Spanish national side but has been with the Black Stars since June 2022.

He played at the World Cup and despite the nation's poor showing in Qatar, the talented Williams is thoroughly enjoying his time with his new team.

He said on Ghanasoccernet: "It's incredible what I've had to experience since I decided to go with Ghana. "I don't regret anything. It's continuous learning. I really enjoy watching young people like [Mohammed] Kudus, who is exceptional. I'm very proud to be part of that group."

Williams has scored just once for Ghana, on his debut against Brazil in November.
