Court dismisses recusal application in Danny Jordaan fraud case

SABC Sport has established that the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court has dismissed the application for state prosecutor Moagi Malebati to recuse himself in the fraud and corruption case involving SAFA president Danny Jordaan and his co-accused.
