Germany had drawn 1-1 with the Netherlands before losing 1-0 to Greece, but Klopp's side produced a much-improved display in Munich.
"Everything! The opening stages, the middle part, the ending," Klopp said when asked what pleased him most about the performance.
The Germany coach was particularly impressed with his team's work without the ball, while also praising their attacking football.
"The positioning in the box was incredible," Klopp said. "Everyone was there in our pressing moments. The last line defended really well by pushing up."
Klopp also highlighted the confidence shown by his players when they regained possession.
"Without the ball, it was outstanding, and with the ball, we played wonderful football," he added. "That has to be our baseline."
The victory was also a major boost for Florian Wirtz, who produced one of his best performances of the season.
The 23-year-old provided the assist for Tom Bischof's opening goal before scoring himself with an impressive second-half finish.
Wirtz has faced criticism for his early-season form at Liverpool, but Klopp believes the attacking midfielder's performance for Germany will have pleased everyone at his club.
"The way we want to play suits 'Flo' Wirtz," Klopp said. "I think everyone in Liverpool is very happy today. The boy is brimming with the joy of playing and has worked incredibly hard."
Germany now travel to Greece on Sunday, with Klopp's side looking to build on the Serbia victory and respond to their earlier defeat against the Group A2 leaders.
