The 27-year-old was in London but qualifies to represent Nigeria because his parents are from the descent of the west African country.
Tosin has represented England at U16, U17, and U19 levels but remains eligible for Nigeria's senior international team.
He said on Brila: "I've never turned down Nigeria and I've never had any conversations with them to say that I'll be going to Nigeria.
"At the point of last season where there was a little bit of conversation, I told them I just want to focus on club football.
"I was in my last year at Fulham and I just wanted to have a solid run there. Now I'm at Chelsea, my first year, which I wanted to concentrate on again."
It remains to be seen whether Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle will hand Adarabioyo a call up, with Nigeria set to take part in the 2025 AFCON in Morocco and 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, which are scheduled for later this year.
