The 28-year-old is expected to complete the move after undergoing a medical, with personal terms understood to be close to being finalised. Reijnders trained separately from the City squad on Thursday as preparations for his departure continued.
Reijnders only arrived at the Etihad last summer from AC Milan for 46.5 million pounds, but his first season at the club is now set to be his only one. He made 47 appearances across the campaign, scoring seven goals, while also registering eight assists according to Saudi reports.
The midfielder is expected to arrive in Saudi Arabia on Monday to complete the formalities of his transfer and could make his Al-Qadsiah debut against Al-Ittihad next Friday in the second round of the Roshn League.
Reijnders was also part of the Netherlands squad at the 2026 World Cup, starting the group-stage matches against Japan, Sweden and Tunisia before missing the last-32 defeat to Morocco on penalties.
