Ruben Amorim issues fitness updates on Man Utd trio ahead of Everton clash

Manchester United face Everton at Old Trafford on Monday night with key injury concerns for Harry Maguire, Benjamin Sesko, and Kobbie Mainoo.

Manager Rúben Amorim has provided updates on all three as the Red Devils look to maintain their strong home form.

Forward Benjamin Sesko limped off during the 2-2 draw with Tottenham before the international break and is expected to be out for several weeks. Amorim described the knee problem as "not that serious" but emphasized caution:

"He is going to stay a few weeks out. I don't know how long, but it is not that serious. He's feeling better, and in a few weeks, I expect to have Ben back."

Centre-back Harry Maguire continues to recover from injury and will miss the Everton clash. Amorim confirmed the defender is "not ready" to return, forcing United to consider alternative options in central defense.

Midfielder Kobbie Mainoo missed training on Friday but is expected to rejoin the squad on Saturday. Amorim offered cautious optimism:

"Kobbie didn't train today, but maybe tomorrow. We'll see."
