Rayan opened the scoring at Old Trafford with 38 minutes played after picking up a neat pass from Justin Kluivert.
Adrien Truffert teed up Marcus Tavernier in the 43rd minute to round off an impressive first half for the visiting team and heap more pressure on under-fire United boss Michael Carrick.
Matheus Cunha replaced Youri Tielemans at half time as Carrick looked to affect the performance, but it was the Cherries who were fully in command of the tie.
Rayan found the back of the net immediately after the restart following some horrendous defending from Ayden Heaven and Harry Maguire but he was correctly ruled to have been in an offside position.
Carrick made a number of changes to his personnel but opted to leave captain Bruno Fernandes on the bench.
Evanilson then sealed the result with a superb finish from a tight angle into an empty net as Senne Lammens unsuccessfully raced off his goal to clear a loose ball.
The result left United in 16th place on the league standings with seven points from eight games, and Bournemouth up in 13th with nine points.
Liverpool, meanwhile, cruised to a 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion at Anfield.
A 17th minute Pascol Gross own goal kicked off proceedings as Alexander Isak completed the scoring with his goal after just 21 minutes.
Brighton actually started well and should have been ahead in the opening minutes, but Ayari blazed over from close range.
Liverpool took full advantage of the miss as they raced down the other end of the pitch for the game's opening goal
Araujo did expertly to get down the right and produce a cross that was met by Florian Wirtz before taking a wicked deflection of Gross and ending up in the back of the net.
It didn't take long for Isak to get on the scoresheet with a simple finish from a pinpoint Bradley Barcola cross.
Brighton's defending had been haphazard in the first half and they managed to recover after the break as Liverpool closed out the game.
The Reds ended the weekend in fourth place on the Premier League standings with 15 points from eight games, six points adrift of leaders Manchester City, while Brighton sit in third with 16 points.
