Ellis has left no stone unturned, having widened her pool of selection in recent months as she looks to build on the national team's success three years ago.
The youthful injection sees the likes of 17-year-old JVW FC pair Casey Gordon and Bonolo Mokoma as the youngest members of the team.
Also featuring are 18-year-old forward Adrielle Mibe, 21-year-olds Ronnel Donnelly and Nthabiseng Majiya and 22-year-old Lonathemba Mhlongo.
The core of the 2022 continental champions remains in tact, with Kaylin Swart and Andile Dlamini solidifying the last line of defence, while Lebo Ramalepe, Bambanani Mbane, Refiloe Jane, Linda Motlhalo, Hildah Magaia and Jermaine Seoposenwe are all included.
Star forward Thembi Kgatlana is the only notable absentee after she declared her unavailability due to "personal reasons", while Shakira O'Malley and Michelle Sampson miss out from the 28-player squad which was earlier trimmed from the initial list of 46.
Ellis has confirmed that Gordon and Majiya will not be travelling with the squad to Morocco, but will be on stand-by should their services be required through any injuries.
