URC: Kurt-Lee Arendse returns as Bulls tweak lineup for Scarlets

The Bulls have strengthened their forward pack and reshuffled their backline for this weekend's all-important URC clash against the Scarlets.

Coach Johan Ackermann has made several key changes, most notably in the front five, where Wilco Louw comes into the starting side at tighthead prop in place of Francois Klopper.

Gerhard Steenekamp and Johan Grobbelaar retain their places, while Ruan Vermaak is promoted from the bench to start at lock, replacing Cobus Wiese.

The loose forward trio of Marcel Coetzee, Elrigh Louw and Cameron Hanekom remains unchanged, keeping continuity in the Bulls' back row.

In the backline, Canan Moodie is ruled out with a hamstring injury, prompting Kurt-Lee Arendse's return on the wing. David Kriel shifts to fullback in place of Devon Williams, with Cheswill Jooste coming into the starting lineup on the wing.

Jeandre Rudolph is named among the replacements, stepping in for Sergeal Petersen, with the bench structure hinting at a possible 6-2 forward split option for the Bulls.
