EFC confirms Elvis Moyo overweight - Matunga Djikasa can claim the belt

EFC confirmed late on Wednesday that heavyweight champion Elvis Moyo failed to make the weight limit but will still face challenger Matunga Djikasa, who is now the only fighter eligible to claim the title.
